Pleased to meet you.
I’m Georgina Frantz, your connection to Seattle's most coveted waterfront neighborhoods - Evergreen Point, Yarrow Point & Hunts Point.
My interest in real estate isn’t about numbers — it’s about nurturing our neighborhoods. Having moved from England at a young age, I appreciate the life-changing power of a welcoming and engaged community. My commitment to service extends well beyond real estate — if you’re local, you may have seen me wrangling children at the beloved Points 4th of July Parade, which I have planned since 2021, or attempting to hone my green-thumb at neighborhood clean-up days.
At home, my husband and I are kept busy raising our wonderful three children, and two King Charles Cavaliers. We encourage our children to embrace the Seattle weather as we enjoy the quintessential Northwest lifestyle as a family — summers on Lake Washington, winters skiing in the mountains, and year-round connection to the community traditions we cherish.
My Approach
Buying
I love what I do and never rush the process. Whether searching for a family home, investment property, or off-market opportunity, I'm excited to be part of the process. With local expertise and a powerful global network, I help clients discover exceptional opportunities across Bellevue, Seattle, and beyond.
Selling
Combining local insight, strategic pricing, and white-glove service to make the process as seamless as possible. With proactive communication, my clients stay informed on buyer demand, broker feedback, market trends, and local developments.
Marketing
Supported by a dedicated in-house marketing team, I leverage compelling visual storytelling, strategic outreach, and global exposure to ensure we reach the right audience, whether listing or seeking ownership opportunities — whether in the Points, within greater Washington State, or around the world.
“Georgina combines the professionalism you'd expect from a seasoned luxury broker with the warmth of a trusted neighbor.
She made a complex transaction feel easy. It wouldn't have happened without her network, knowledge and genuine care.”
